If that is your plan, we will ensure your deck is up to code with the local building inspector before proceeding with the installation of your new room. We’ll get the permits and provide the building department with detailed drawings and product specifications to ensure a hassle-free installation.

If you don’t have an existing patio slab or deck, our carpenters will construct a foundation for your room using the highest quality pressure treated lumber, which will last the life of the room. We can custom design any size foundation and can also incorporate an additional open deck area for grilling and outdoor entertaining.
